and a day came when the rich man was thinking of moving to another place ...

and every each one set aside any and all ...of their own personal ...bigotry hate fullness envy and strife ...to lull the rich man to stay in their midst ...
and the men came out ...to pour "friendliness" friend lie ness over the rich man ...like a thick sweet syrup ....
and the woman of course ....smiled and swayed and spoke in entreating ways ...
and again ...to keep the rich man within ...within their "circle" the others would do anything to keep him near ...
